Hi I am Daniel, owner of Freeman's Fitness. Health and fitness has long been a passion of mine. I enjoy helping people change their lives for the better and instilling real long term change. A degree in psychology has helped me to understand the human mind on a deeper level and apply this to the many health problems facing people today. Following that I undertook study in fitness in order to pursue a full time role helping others to become the healthiest they can be.
A healthy lifestyle will improve your well-being not only physically but mentally. I instil a love of exercise and healthy lifestyle in all the clients I take on so that you can achieve lifelong success. There are no quick fixes or gimmicks here, only real education and training to make sure you can improve your health for life. I give you the training and education needed so that you can eventually maintain and improve your good health without the need of a trainer.
Freeman's Fitness transforms people into the healthiest version of themselves. What is 'healthy' is different depending on the individual so all programs and training are catered to meet the needs of your lifestyle and goals. The focus is on nutrition, exercise and a healthy lifestyle including sleep and mental well-being. Weight loss, weight training, cardiovascular health improvement, sleep improvement, mobility, flexibility and other aspects of health and fitness will be covered.
People of any age or fitness level are welcome. It is about personal improvement in a non- judgemental environment, not about benchmarks with other people. Personal training is for people living in the Sydney region who can travel to my studio gym. I also install small home gyms into peoples homes. These allow people to workout in the comfort and privacy of their own home, save money long term and save time commuting to a gym.
The best exercise is that which is enjoyable. Exercise can be tough and uncomfortable, but there are so many different ways to keep moving and active into older age. I encourage people to do the activity that suits them as much as possible and work towards finding the varieties of movement that are the best for enjoyment, health and long term adherence to exercise. I do not sell any supplements, gimmicks or quick fix programs, only personalised training and education.
