What type of training do you offer?
Freeman's Fitness offers both 1 to 1 personal training and semi-private personal training with groups of up to 3.
All clients are trained with individual training programs specific to them.

How often do i need to come to see results?
The most common frequency of coming in 2-3 times per week.
With correct exercise selection and intensity, along with dietary and lifestyle adjustment this is usually enough to see great improvements.
Many clients are given exercise to do outside of the training sessions but this is on a case by case basis.

Are you open to the public?
To ensure personal training sessions are conducted at the highest level, Freeman's Fitness is by appointment only. Most clients find regular times that they can attend and book them in advance.
am i too old to get results or do weight training?
Definitely not, Daniel Freeman has worked with clients from 12 through to 96. Every person can improve their fitness level with a tailored program that addressed where their current fitness level is and improves upon it over time.
will weight training make me too bulky?
This is extremely unlikely to occur by accident. Weight training progress takes time and in most individuals there is no chance to become too muscular as a result of training! You will get stronger, gain muscle and feel much better overall but getting too bulky will not be a problem.
Am i 'locked in' to a contract?
You are not locked into any contracts.
The shortest time period Freeman's Fitness works with clients is 12 weeks to ensure you are getting results!
At the end of the day, we want you to both get results and enjoy your time with us. We are not here to sign you up, take your money and never see you again! So whilst we ask for a commitment from you to train for a specific time period it is not locking you into a contract.
If you are sick, away for work etc then sessions will be postponed until you can complete them in line with our cancellation policy.

Can i lose 10kg in the next few weeks?
Whilst we are here to help you with your fitness goals, we also work towards achieving them with a longer term vision in mind. We can make you lose weight rapidly but we are more concerned with ensuring you maintain weight loss for life even if this means a slower initial period.
We do not support any quick fix diet, gimmick or supplement designed to achieve unrealistic and unhealthy weight loss.
