In this seminar I will show you that becoming STRONGER, FITTER and HEALTHIER is achievable for EVERY person!

I have trained people from as young as 12 through to 96! In every case, their fitness was improved dramatically!

There will be plenty of time for Q and A in the seminar, so if you have some burning fitness questions be sure to come along. 

This seminar will cover:
  • Why the current fitness trends don't get much result
  • Why sweating the small stuff leads to a lack of results
  • How to progress in your fitness endeavours (most people simply stay the same week after week)
  • What considerations women and older adults should take when weight training
  • Common misconceptions around fitness and what it actually takes to get fitter!
